The official start to Paul Gerrard’s training was in 1986 in Southampton, England. He served a 3-year apprenticeship with Heating Developments LTD, his father’s company, while concurrently taking college classes for a London Institute City and Guilds (qualification) in Mechanical Heating Engineering (Building Services).
